Frequently asked

Does the person completing a run need to create an account?
No. Anyone can complete a run by following the link — no signup, no download required. If they want to complete runs regularly as part of a team, they can be invited as a member and use the mobile app.
How do I complete a run on my phone?
Download the Rundun app from the App Store or Google Play. When you receive a run link, tap it — the app opens directly into the run. If you don't have the app installed, the link opens in your browser and prompts you to download it.
Can I export my run data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export in your account. You'll receive a ZIP archive with all answers, photos, and a structured data file for each run.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, your account switches to pay-as-you-go mode — you can still dispatch runs using any remaining PAYG credits.
Is there a free plan?
Members and guests (the people who complete runs) are always free. Owners and admins who create templates and dispatch runs start with a pay-as-you-go trial pack. See the pricing page for details.
How do I report a bug or security issue?
For bugs, email support@rundun.app with a description and screenshots. For security vulnerabilities, please email security@rundun.app — do not post publicly.
