About
Built for the people who need things done right
Rundun is a mobile-first checklist execution platform. Send a structured checklist to anyone via link — they complete it step by step on their phone. You get a permanent record with photos, GPS, and signatures.
The product
Short-term rental hosts send turnover checklists to cleaners after every checkout — room-by-room photo evidence, GPS-confirmed presence, digital sign-off. Car rental operators send pre- and post-rental walkthroughs to customers — odometer, fuel level, every panel documented before a dispute can start.
Developers integrate Rundun via API: POST /v1/runs dispatches a checklist and returns a link. Webhook events deliver results in real time — RFC 9421 signed, with inline photo thumbnails.
Built by
Elmeris LLC
Elmeris LLC is a software company focused on building practical tools for operations-heavy businesses. We build products where reliability and simplicity matter more than feature count.
Rundun is our flagship product — conceived from firsthand experience with the friction of coordinating field operations over WhatsApp threads and paper forms. We believe the executor experience determines whether a checklist tool actually gets used — so executor access is always free, and the mobile experience is the priority, not an afterthought.
Elmeris LLC is incorporated in Wyoming and operates as a merchant of record through Paddle Billing, serving customers globally.

Executors deserve zero friction
The person completing the checklist didn't ask for it. Making them pay, sign up, or download an app before they can even open the link is a failure mode. Executor access is always free.
Evidence is the product
A completed checklist with photos, GPS, and a signature is worth infinitely more than a ticked box. We build around evidence collection, not just task completion.
Simple beats complete
We build the things that matter most, deeply, rather than building everything shallowly. The API is one endpoint. The mobile app is one flow. That's intentional.
