A template defines the steps. A run is a single execution of a template — dispatched to one person, captured once. Templates are reusable; runs are permanent records.

Runs are dispatched via the API or the creator dashboard. The executor receives a link, opens it in the Rundun mobile app, and completes the steps. The creator sees progress in real time via webhooks.
